100 % advance at the time of booking /Placing the order either to be paid in Cash, or by Bank to Bank Telegraphic Transfer , By Cheque or Demand Draft , Or by Western Union Money Transfer service. If paid by cheque , goods will be shipped only after the realization of the Cheques/ Drafts.
For Wholesale orders (Above USD 10000/-)
50% Advance at the time of placing the order and balance can be paid by Confirmed, Irrevocable, Transferable and easily negotiable letter of credit in our favour opened through any International Bank. Or By T.T. to our Bank A/C .Bank Details & Instructions on how to make A T.T. To us from Outside India can be downloaded below :

SHIPPING GUIDE
The
order is manufactured with in 30 Days and shipped according to your
desire. If you do require the product urgently we can get it dispatched
by air. The customer will be responsible for the safe and timely
payment on their account by a method acceptable to Canvas Emporium.
Credit is not extended without prior approval. If you have already
established availability of a tent and wish to expedite delivery,
please use certified funds. Personal checks must clear our bank before
we can ship a tent for protection of all parties involved. Goods remain
the property of Canvas Emporium until paid in full.
Canvas
Emporium reserves the right to refuse to fill your order for any
reason, including, but not limited to, the unavailability of a product
and product descriptions posted on our web site or in our printed
literature. By placing your order, you agree that Canvas Emporium's
total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to
the purchase price actually paid to Canvas Emporium for the product
giving rise to Canvas Emporium's liability.
Customer should
specify preferred shipping carrier. If not specified Canvas Emporium
will assign the carrier without assuming responsibility for delivery
time or charges. Merchandise which is not sold under a Free Shipping
promotion is usually shipped freight collect. C.O.D. shipments must be
paid subject to our terms regardless of method of transportation.
Canvas Emporium is not responsible for merchandise damaged in transit.
Claims for damage or shortages must be made by you to the delivering
carrier.
Canvas Emporium is not responsible for normal wear
and tear or for damages caused by Shipping, Accidents, Misuse,
Alterations, or Improper Installation. Although all products sold by
Canvas Emporium are made to the highest standards in the special Event
Industry, we are not responsible for the negative effects of Climate,
Pollution, Acts of God (to include Wind) and long or semi-permanent
installations. Because tents are temporary structures by nature, it is
the customer's responsibility to protect their tent(s) against the
effects of Weather, Vandalism, Falling Debris and other Environmental
or Foreign Agents.
Sales tax is not included in Canvas
Emporium's prices and is additional where applicable unless signed
certificates of exemption are furnished and approved
